27 Coaches In 10 Years- The Story of A.F.C Leopards


Abaluhya Football Club Leopards Sports Club, officially abbreviated as A.F.C. Leopards and also commonly known as Ingwe has a new coach – Rwandese Andre Casa Mbungo who has signed on a one and a half year deal.

Andre replaces 25-year-old Marko Vasiljevic who was sacked following a 4-1 loss away to Bandari FC in Mombasa in a league match.

This was AFC Leopards’ biggest defeat thus far this season since their 3-0 defeat to Kakamega Homeboyz.

AFC now faces relegation from Kenya’s football top-flight.

Since AFC Leopards were promoted back to the KPL in 2009, they have had 27 Coaches!

Andre is a former trainer at Police FC – and will take charge of his first match against K’Ogalo on Saturday.

Rwandan Andre Casa Mbungo will be the new AFC Leopards coach.
